You’re right, @vertigocycles; hasn’t been mentioned here, so thanks for posting it! I do know that @Ken Parker was planning to write a post as a way of sharing it with everyone here…but I think he’s busy making more videos at the moment!

Did you see the videos on how he bends the sides?! Those are particularly awesome, in my opinion!

Also, there are some cool Fly prototype-ish things in the final shot of the “Overview/Introduction” video.

I just finished watching the side bending videos. So good! What a great idea to bond the linen to improve bending performance. It's clear that Ken really takes time to think about the challenges presented by the materials and shortcomings of the traditional process to come up with creative ways of overcoming those obstacles.
