Re: Vibrato Arm Bushing (refined)
How do you remove the existing bushing? I've backed out the grub screw complete, but it won't budge.
Removing a Vibrato Arm Bushing (refined Fly)
I've had success removing a vibrato arm bushing with a roll pin punch set like this.
The idea is that you'd put one of these punches on the underside of the bushing (accessible on the back of the Fly) and then lightly hammer the punch to push the bushing out of the top of the bridge. The same can be done on a pre-refined Fly vibrato arm bushing, I suppose, as long as the threaded nut at the bottom of the bushing is unscrewed and removed. Hope this helps!

Has anyone used 3d metal printing services? I was thinking about getting a vibrato arm bushing printed using JLC3DP.

I've had good experiences with Xometry—it's expensive though, and the parts don't always come back as what you might expect. Please let us know if you decide to go for this though!
I'd tried to explore direct-purchase options for us with Shapeways a few years back, but it was way too expensive. If you need this part, however, I believe @billy still makes them...
