What's the issue with your neck?

The frets keep falling out, I’ve already reglued quite a few frets. They hold but then a different one eventually falls off. There is also some damage to the back of the neck. This could be filled and sanded down but I rather buy a neck in decent condition and just swap it with the existing neck.

I have a neck which has a somewhat ineffectual truss rod. So it would also need repair. But the frets are sound and the back is in good shape. If that's helpful I can send it to you.

Depending on your price, I may be interested. What’s the issue with the truss rod? Is it the nut itself or the thread that the nut attaches to?

Hi. I'm not selling it - I can just send it to you if you want it. What is wrong is that at maximum tension, there's still relief. Maybe a pro luthier can fix that. I could not.

Someone was kind enough to send me a new neck free of charge. I certainly won't charge for one which I consider defective. You'd have to use tuners and truss nut from your old neck.

Amazing! I dm’d you. I should be able to loosen the nut then straighten the neck using heat press so that I can take care of the relief and still have play to make adjustments in future when needed. I was a cabinet maker for a few years so I should be able to fix it. Once again, thank you so much!!!
