I was able to pick up one of these Tension Wheels from Wi-Guitar/G-Man Music...
I showed a photo of what I was after & when I placed an order for the T-Bar & Got the Tension Wheel for FREE!
They have really helped me out as all the adjustment parts where missing when I got my project guitar.

I also found some refined control knobs in China, these are the exact same knobs used on 90s Charvel/Jacksons, so I ordered eight/8 total because I need a set for a Jackson Dinky DK2 Project...
