So, I have not had an issue yet, but I fear with enough use and age, there will be a point where gutting the ribbon cables will be inevitable.
I have seen a post elsewhere where someone rewired everything. Anyone taken this lil challenge on with success?

Hey all, I just discovered this forum and am VERY excited to be a part of it.
I have a 2000 Fly Deluxe that has the old Hex style trem arm and when playing live, the bar falls out routinely.
What is the best remedy for this?
